The implementation of the marketing strategies in public hospitals provides management advantages and improves the relationship between customers and staff. To analyze the application of marketing strategies in a public hospital, from the perspective of the staff. A structured survey that asked about perceptions in 50 items about communication between personnel and customers/users, customer satisfaction, participation in the development of new policies and incentives for efficiency was applied to a stratified sample of the staff. Factorial and regression analyses were performed to define the impact of marketing strategies on the degree of preoccupation and orientation of the organization towards the satisfaction of customer needs. In recent years, we have seen a backlash to what had become a more LGBTQ-affirming America. The current national climate includes heightened support for laws that essentially give government and private businesses a license to discriminate based on sexual orientation; repeal of healthcare and employment nondiscrimination protections; and increase in hate crimes, including the then-largest mass shooting in US history at an LGBTQ nightclub in Orlando, Florida. Each of these issues has inherent effects on employee recruitment, retention, and performance and on individual and collective efforts to create an organizational culture where all employees can thrive without fear of retaliation, retribution, or being unaffirmed in the workplace. While “executive culture” has traditionally focused on returns for stockholders at the expense of their broader stakeholders, complicating social responsibility efforts, corporate America’s LGBTQ engagement has helped to create a paradigm shift through company-supported LGBTQ employee resource groups, business resource groups, volunteerism, philanthropy, and public policy advocacy efforts, that together have helped to make corporate America a critical ally in the movement for LGBTQ equality. The social unrest in the United States on issues related to race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, and immigration status are challenging corporate leaders to demonstrate solidarity and be a lifeline to traditionally marginalized communities. At the same time, corporate activism on LGBTQ rights is being elevated as a civil rights issue among others all at once, causing a demand for increased competencies in intersectional analysis.

Hayatın her anı zorluklarla doludur. İnsanlar ve insanlar tarafından oluşturulan organizasyonel yapılar bu zorluklarla baş edebildiği, problemleri yönetebildikleri ölçüde ayakta kalmış ve sürdürülebilir bir başarı elde edebilmişlerdir. Problemler temelde bireyleri ve kurumları geliştiren, güçlendiren, olgunlaştıran ve çıkartılan derslerle geleceğe emin adımlarla yürümeyi sağlayan dönemeçlerdir. Problem çözme becerisi de öğrenilebilir ve geliştirilebilir bir beceridir. Bireylerin kişisel gelişim yönünden, yöneticilerin de başta insan kaynakları yönetimi olmak üzere her türlü yönetim biçimi açısından problem çözmenin aşamalarını ve temel bazı problem çözme tekniklerini öğrenmelerinde yarar vardır. Polislik mesleği, stres düzeyi yüksek bir meslek olması dolayısıyla bu beceriye en çok ihtiyaç duyan mesleklerin başında gelmektedir. Polis, mesleğin doğası gereği toplumda huzursuzluk çıkaran problemli insanlarla uğraşırken aynı zamanda ülkedeki her türlü kriz ve çatışma durumunun ilk müdahale edicisi konumundadır. Mesleğin hiye-rarşik bir yönetim sistemi içerisinde icra edildiği düşünüldüğünde polis amirleri-nin personel yönetimi ve güvenlik yönetimi bağlamında problem çözme becerisi-ne ne denli ihtiyaç duydukları anlaşılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada problemin algılama biçimi, problem çözme aşamaları ile beyin fırtınası, balık kılçığı diyagramı, pareto analizi, altı şapkalı düşünme tekniği, kuvvet-alan analizi ve SWOT analizinden oluşan problem çözme tekniklerine yer verilmiştir.

Özet
Günümüz kamu yönetimde halkla ilişkiler önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Emniyet teşkilatı açısından da durum bu şekilde hatta daha önem arz etmektedir. Çünkü polisin suçla mücadelede başarılı olabilmesi için halkın desteğine ihtiyacı bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle halkla ilişkiler kavramı, tarihçesi ve halkla ilişkilerin ne olduğuna değinilmiş ardından poliste halkla ilişkilerin nasıl olması gerektiğinden bahsedilmiştir. Bu noktada Türk Polis Teşkilatı’nda mevcut halkla ilişkiler uygulamaları sıralanmıştır. Bunlar sıralanırken mevcut uygulamaların olumlu yönlerinin yanında aksayan yönlerine de değinilmiştir. Son olarak teşkilatın halkla ilişkiler politikasında aksayan yönlerin düzeltilmesine yönelik öneriler de sunulmuştur.

Özet
Son yıllarda dünyada iletişim araçlarında yaşanan değişim ve gelişmeler, iletişim kavramın gerek örgütler gerekse bireyler açısından bir kere daha düşünülmesini zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, örgütsel iletişimin temellerinden birini oluşturan ast üst ilişkilerine yönelik mevcut yaklaşımların yanı sıra yeni yaklaşımlar ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışma iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; örgüt ve iletişim ile ilgili kavramsal bir takım açıklamalar yapıldıktan sonra iç güvenlik örgütlerinden biri olan emniyet teşkilatının örgütsel yapısı, personel durumu ve hiyerarşik yapısı incelenmektedir. İkinci bölüm ise emniyet örgütünde kullanılan örgütsel iletişim araçları, hiyerarşik yapının gerekliliği, ast üst ilişkilerinde iletişimin önemi ve yaşanan sorunların belirlenmesi ve bu sorunların ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için sunulan bir takım empati, etkili dinleme, etkili konuşma gibi temel iletişim becerilerine yönelik önerilerden oluşmaktadır. Sonuç olarak polis örgütündeki ast-üst ilişkileri özelinde, etkili bir örgütsel iletişime sahip örgütlerin, personel üzerinde daha fazla motivasyon sağlayabileceği, örgütsel hedeflere ulaşmada ve verimliliğin arttırılmasını personel memnuniyetini koruyarak gerçekleştirebileceği ve bu amaçla alınması gereken önlemler ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır.

Research focuses on the value of activism as regards an independent cultural organization in Serbia, which demanded specific leadership capacities and skills during the turbulent historical period, marked by the dissolution of Yugoslavia in the 1990s. We have selected the Centre for Cultural De-contamination (CZKD stands for Centar za kulturnu dekon-taminaciju, and this abbreviation is commonly used when writing about the Centre) and its leader Borka Pavicevic, a paradigmatic figure and symbol of dissidence and activist movements of those period, for a case study. The main approach would relate to the organizational development studies and leadership theories trying to explore mutual interdependence, located in the context of cultural transition and social movements that presented key agents of change in post-communist time. A method would include an adaptable quality management approach (Dragicevic Sesic, Dragojevic 2005) and an Adizes leadership theory, while empirical part would be based on an interview with Borka Pavicevic and an analysis of the CZKD strategic plan. Open innovation is a paradigm that assumes that firms can and should use external ideas as well as internal ideas, and internal and external paths to market, as the firms look to advance their technology. Open innovation is the form of innovation in the organization that interacts with the external environment. This interaction results into adoption of either inbound or outbound innovation process. Quadruple helix (QH) model for open innovation argues the integration of industry, academia, government and society is inevitable for the organizations development. This caused challenges to the organizations to respond dynamic environment. This study has primarily examined the linear relationship, of organizational culture, on open innovation model while commitment towards open innovation moderates the linear relationship. A random sample of 250 employees from telecom industry of Pakistan is selected. The data was collected via standard questionnair. The analysis of this study consisted of correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderation analysis. The results revealed that culture has positive relationship with commitment towards open innovation, while the later one is positively associated with QH open innovation model. This relationship is moderated by commitment towards open innovation

This article draws on fieldwork with innovation consultants in the USA to argue that neoliberal assumptions about how large-scale markets should be organised to maximise their efficiency now inform assumptions about how small-scale business firms should be organised to maximise their innovative potential. A key mediating concept between macro-level neoliberal theories and micro-level innovation strategies is 'free information flow'. This concept emerged in the mid-20th century in the context of military-industrial and engineering efforts to develop a mathematical theory of communication. Because this concept does not align with the embodied and meaning-making nature of human employees, attempts to translate macro-level neoliberal theories to micro-level business innovation strategies have run into difficulties. These difficulties expose a problem that is intrinsic to neoliberal theories themselves. On the one hand, neoliberal theories emphasise the importance of each economic player's context-specific knowledge for an efficient economic order. On the other hand, they rely on a notion of context that is inflected by a predetermined goal, i.e. maximising economic efficiency, in relation to which people become epiphenomenal. This notion has very little to do with the lived reality of context as an emergent and indeterminate outcome of people's everyday activities and interactions.

Auto-organizzazione, self management, collaborazione tra pari, fluidità dei processi sono solo alcune delle parole che ricorrono quando si parla di innovazione nelle organizzazioni cercando di cogliere con positività quei modelli nei quali la filiera della produzione e del lavoro e quella del consumo sono parte di un unico progetto integrale nel quali i livelli di partecipazione, ma anche motivazione e consapevolezza delle persone sono elevati. La Governance Dinamica è un modello organizzativo , un metodo decisionale e un sistema di feedback e verifica, che insieme portano agilità, responsabilità ed efficienza creando organizzazioni sostenibili, armoniose e resilienti nel conseguire gli scopi ed obiettivi che perseguono. Il modello si sviluppa a partire dagli anni 70 con Gerard Endenburg che la sperimenta in Olanda nell'azienda di sua proprietà, sviluppando alcuni principi ed adottandoli nella sua impresa "per provare che un'azienda può funzionare quando i lavoratori si assumono la responsabilità delle linee guida che auto-regolano il proprio lavoro e, soprattutto, che agire in questo modo la rende ancora più redditizia" 1. To define the underlying reasons that lead physicians and nurses who provide patient care and treatment, to maintain silence in their work and how they perceive the consequences of such silence in public hospitals. The concept of organisational silence is described as employees' avoidance of stating his/her opinions, thoughts and suggestions, which would improve the organisation and enable it to provide better processes or services.
