The debate on this research is about the election of two possible solutions against the global COVID-19 damages. These two solutions are vaccination or adaptation. Therefore, this research aims to find practical and suitable solutions to immediately reactivate the worldwide economy prompt from the COVID-19 crisis. Using the Critical Crisis Evaluator Box (CCEB-Box), the CCEB-Box tries to efficiently evaluate the best solution to help in the fast recovery of the worldwide economy. Hence, we try to find which solution is the best mathematically to reduce divergence and generate convergence to find social welfare and economic prosperity simultaneously.

Until now, studies of the relationship between migration and participation in undeclared work have adopted as their unit of analysis the activity of specific migrant groups in their host country. In this paper, a novel approach is pursued by adopting a different unit of analysis. To examine the relationship between migration and participation in undeclared work, the activity of the domestic population in their home country is analysed according to their previous migration activity. To do so, data is reported from a 2015 survey of 6,021 randomly selected respondents aged between 16 and 65 years old in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The finding is that undeclared work is the sole source of earnings for 21% of the total labour force, but for 26% of those who have spent more than three months abroad, 18% of internal migrants and 22% of those who have not migrated either internally or abroad. After controlling for other determinants of undeclared work, a Probit regression analysis finds a significant 8% higher probability of participation in undeclared work for those who have spent time out of the country compared with the non-migrant population. The theoretical and policy implications are then discussed.

The general objective of this paper was to determine the role of operational skills on the longterm survival of  SME. The study was descriptive and cross-sectional in nature whose sample size was 70 respondents from SMEs within the Central Business District (CBD) of Nairobi County trading in computer accessories and hardware. In the first research objective, descriptive statistics on Operational Skills necessary for survival of SMEs indicated that respondents agreed that they were passionate about the business they were running.  Likewise, the respondents agreed that leadership in SMEs encouraged employee participation informingly.  In regard to operational efficiency, SMEs agreed that they strove to reduce wasted and redundancy.  The respondents also agreed that communication on unclear matters was done fast and easily.  In regard to human skills, respondents showed that skills and experience improved on one's output.  Cost leadership indicated that the respondents did not agree on disagree on setting prices and changes in customer needs and preferences.  Lastly, the respondents agreed that products sold were rare and costly to imitate.  From the study, respondents showed that SMEs strive to use operational skills so as to have growth.  Despite the nature of SMEs where there is a limit to resources such as human resource this study showed that SMEs had limit to resources but the resources invested in created growth for SMEs.  The recommendation for the role of operational skills in SMEs Growth is that SMEs need to lay emphasize on investing well in resources necessary for growth specifically the human resource and financial strength with an intention of having future business.
