What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I find Apollo.io to be incredibly useful for generating leads for business purposes. It helps me make lists for campaigns, schedule calls, and manage deals more efficiently than traditional methods. I find it challenging that Apollo.io lacks an automated call recording feature. Sometimes, I have to manually start the recording, which should ideally be automated. The current setup does not always record the full conversation. This feature should be more streamlined and ensure that entire calls are consistently captured, with a straightforward option to stop the recording if needed. The main challenge that I face with apollo.io is that some of the contact details the available on it are totally incorrect and in those cases the email does not reach to our customers. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I value most about Apollo is its extensive selection of filters. These filters make the platform much more user-friendly for me, allowing me to refine my macro-level research down to a more targeted micro focus. This helps me discover more relevant data and pinpoint the right contacts for prospecting. Working in business development, I rely on Apollo every day. Another benefit is its simple integration process; in my experience, it connects smoothly with both Salesforce and LinkedIn. Whenever I visit a company website, Apollo syncs automatically without any problems. I have contacted Apollo's customer support two or three times, and each time my questions have been answered within an hour. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I don't feel their are any such things that aren't helpful, but there is one issue I've noticed. Often, when I use the power dialer in Apollo, the UI tends to freeze. When this happens and a call connects, the dialer displays a blank name, so I can't tell who I'm speaking with. Additionally, I have a suggestion: sometimes, when I connect with people, they tell me it's the wrong number. I think Apollo should add a feature that allows users to tag a number as 'wrong number' right next to the person's contact. This way, when Apollo reviews the data, they can remove incorrect numbers, making Apollo's data more accurate and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
