What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Implementation was a breath of fresh air, quick, well-guided, and supported by a responsive team with thought provoking setup questions. Moving from one pipeline to multiple has been a major upgrade, and the clearer stage structure makes deal tracking much easier for everyone.

Pipedrive is genuinely user-friendly, even for a teammate who isn’t tech-savvy. The visual pipelines, customizable stages, and built-in reminders make it simple to see where every deal stands and stay on top of follow-ups.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The shared team inbox is a great addition, but adding automation to alert the assigned user (task or email) would help ensure nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive offers an impressive range of uses. I really appreciate being able to create a deal and move it through various phases, which is a significant improvement over our previous CRM. Everything is conveniently centralized within the deal, making it easy to send emails or set reminders directly from there. This level of organization has made managing our workflow much smoother. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Up to now, I haven't found much to dislike about Pipedrive. It offers significantly more functionality than our previous CRM, which was the main reason we decided to switch. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like using this platform because it keeps everything organized and actionable. Keeps us accountable and on task. once we customized it to fit our organization, we can monitor every lead and action throughout the process. It is not a magic software that if you buy it you will get customers, however if you manage it and follow through with scheduling and tracking its sure to make an impact. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There is a lot of features you have to pay extra for. Nice thing is you can Al a cart them instead of having to pay for a ton of features one may not use, but some things seem like it would be nice if they were included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

While Pipedrive's automation is useful, setting up complex multi-step workflows can feel unintuitive. Users without technical experience might struggle to fully leverage its automation potential. Creating multi-step, conditional workflows can become cumbersome. For example, if you want a workflow that sends different emails depending on customer type, updates multiple custom fields, and assigns tasks, you often need to create multiple separate workflows. It would be beneficial to introduce a more visual flowchart-style workflow builder where users can easily map out multi-branch logic in one interface and allow combining multiple triggers and conditions within a single workflow instead of forcing multiple separate automations. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like using Pipedrive to manage my sales pipeline as an insurance broker because it helps me stay organized and achieve my goals. I love being able to save proposal files for each deal and track commercial KPIs in a playful way. I appreciate being informed and making decisions based on sales information. The customization of the funnel and other parts of the system is something I value greatly because I can tailor Pipedrive to my tastes and preferences, allowing me to make changes to my funnel, stages, types of activities, and other custom fields, creating a very user-friendly environment. I also found that the cost-benefit ratio is excellent, especially with the Lite plan, which has everything I need at a very affordable cost. Although the initial setup process was complex in the first 60 days, I found it intuitive thanks to YouTube videos that helped me learn to use it better. I also appreciate its capability to keep me organized by ensuring no contact is forgotten, which is crucial in my role. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I use Pipedrive for the full sales drive from lead generation to managing current and future clients. The web visitors and prospector features are perfect and integral to my workflow. I appreciate how massive the impact is on qualifying leads, as it saves me a great deal of time from having to trawl through contacts on LinkedIn and across the internet. Having direct contact with the right people is a huge advantage, especially in an industry where reception desks often serve as hurdles. Pipedrive helps us bypass these, allowing for valuable use of time. I genuinely enjoy the way Pipedrive flows, which makes it quite beneficial for learning and training purposes. The integration with Xero and Google Workspace is seamless, enhancing productivity by creating a unified ecosystem.
