Implementation was a breath of fresh air, quick, well-guided, and supported by a responsive team with thought provoking setup questions. Moving from one pipeline to multiple has been a major upgrade, and the clearer stage structure makes deal tracking much easier for everyone.
Pipedrive is genuinely user-friendly, even for a teammate who isn’t tech-savvy. The visual pipelines, customizable stages, and built-in reminders make it simple to see where every deal stands and stay on top of follow-ups.

The shared team inbox is a great addition, but adding automation to alert the assigned user (task or email) would help ensure nothing gets missed.
