As models become more capable, our goal is to make advanced defensive capabilities available more broadly. We recently shared how we’re scaling trusted access for the next era of cyber defense. Today, we’re sharing more about some of the ways we’re putting that approach into practice. We’re investing in the broader ecosystem through a $10 million commitment in API credits through our Cybersecurity Grant Program. Initial recipients include Socket, Semgrep, Calif, and Trail of Bits. We’re also partnering with firms world-renowned for their enterprise security leadership in order to learn from real-world use, improve our safety systems, and make advanced defensive capabilities more useful. These include partners like Bank of America, BlackRock, BNY, Citi, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Goldman Sachs, iVerify, JPMorganChase, Morgan Stanley, NVIDIA, Oracle, SpecterOps, and Zscaler. We have also provided access to GPT-5.4-Cyber to CAISI and the UK AI Security Institute for evaluations focused on cyber capabilities and safeguards.
