As Meta expands in El Paso, Jordan is helping build the team and culture that keeps our infrastructure safe, reliable, and ready for what’s next. 📈 How has Meta supported your career growth? “I started as a Critical Facility Engineer supporting a major retrofit which built my skills in execution and cross-functional work. That led to the Gallatin, TN new-build. From there, I stepped into Lead Building Engineer, and recently Critical Operations Manager. Meta consistently invests in people through real ownership, new challenges, and support to grow into the next role.” 🌵 What are you most excited about at the new El Paso site? “I’m excited to help build and operate one of Meta’s largest infrastructure investments, working at the leading edge of design, technology, and operational readiness. El Paso has been incredibly welcoming, and I’m looking forward to the Franklin Mountains, the culture, food, and getting out on the desert trails. It feels like a place where I can put down roots.” 🏗️ What do you wish more people understood about what it takes to keep data centers running? “Data centers aren’t just buildings full of servers. They’re powered by teams of operators, engineers, technicians, and partners working 24/7 to run complex systems safely and reliably. Those teams are local community members who take real pride in doing the work right.
