  • We’re excited to welcome Josh Ayers to AeroVect as our new General Manager of Atlanta Operations. Josh brings 20+ years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry. He has led large‑scale launches, driven financial performance, and elevated safety and compliance standards across multi‑state operations. Most recently at DHL Supply Chain, he led the successful startup of a $100M+ annual‑revenue warehouse and transportation network supporting 1,000 locations across the east coast. Under his leadership, the operation achieved significant workforce and safety optimizations through targeted training and engagement initiatives. Josh has a strong track record of financial stewardship across complex deployments, and his disciplined approach to operational excellence is matched by his commitment to regulatory integrity, compliance, and the development of standardized processes that have been adopted across multiple sectors. With his proven ability to scale complex operations, strengthen customer ROI, and build high‑reliability safety cultures, Josh will play a key role in advancing our operational strategy and supporting our continued growth. Please join us in welcoming Josh to the team! #AeroVect #AutonomousVehicles #Robotics #OperationalExcellence #PhysicalAI #Automation #Aviation #AirsideOperations #CustomerFirst

Last week, the AeroVect leadership team came together for quarterly planning — and beyond roadmaps and milestones, we spent real time aligning on something deeper: the philosophy that drives how we build. Two principles stood out: Customer centricity: Every decision we make starts with the customers who depend on us — the airlines and airports running some of the most complex, safety-critical operations in the world. Sometimes they come to us with a complete roadmap, and sometimes they ask for our help figuring it out. In all cases, customer requirements shape our priorities, not the other way around. Requirements-driven engineering verification & validation: When commercializing airside autonomy, there can be many tempting shortcuts but none worth taking. We build to deliver autonomy at scale — rigorously, traceably, and to the standards that safety-critical systems demand. The truth is, when building safety-critical AI, there are many ways to scale in the near-term, but there only a few ways to produce a sustainable outcome. It takes real conviction to walk the less glorious but focused path — to choose disciplined engineering over flashy demos, and deep customer partnerships over broad but shallow ones. That's why these past few years we've brought together senior experts from autonomous driving, automotive, and aviation — not as advisors on the side, but as a core part of our team. Their experience is how we ensure we get this right for the world's most strategic airline and airport customers. Proud of this team and our integrity to doing the right thing. Onwards ✈️ #AeroVect #AirsideAutonomy #AutonomousGSE #PhysicalAI #SafetyCritical #AutonomousVehicles #Aviation #QuarterlyPlanning

The ramp never stops. At hubs around the world, first flights push back at 5 AM and last bags come off well past midnight. Heat, rain, cold — no matter. The operation runs. Any tool we put on the ramp must meet that standard. That means fleet durability and operational visibility built into the product from day one. Operational reliability and full-fledged airside driving capability aren't features that are nice to have — they're basic table stakes. That's the kind of stable foundation for world-class operations that our customers trust. #Aviation #autonomy #AeroVect #PhysicalAI #autonomousgse
