What does it actually take for organizations to innovate at speed, not just in intent, but in practice? In this episode of Faces of Innovation, Prabal Chaudhri and Jamie Podhaizer share how we are approaching this shift, embedding #AI across the innovation lifecycle, from early signals to commercialization and even retailer conversations. What emerges is a more connected and continuous model of innovation: → Moving from one-off insights to always-on intelligence → Building continuity so knowledge stays within the system, not just within teams → Anticipating trends instead of reacting to them At the same time, it raises an important point: this isn’t just about adopting new technology. It calls for rethinking how decisions are made, how teams collaborate, and how organizations build trust in AI-driven outputs. The opportunity is clear, but so is the gap between what’s possible and how most organizations are currently structured. What would need to shift first for your organization to truly operate at this kind of speed? 🎙️ Listen to the full episode: https://lnkd.in/eNzPwyBH
Most companies say they want faster innovation. Very few are designed for what real speed actually does. I explored this with Prabal Chaudhri and Jamie Podhaizer from Fractal Analytics on my podcast, Faces of Innovation. Fractal’s ambition is clear - - and quite bold: → AI as the backbone across the entire innovation lifecycle → From signals → insights → concepts → commercialization → even retailer conversations → All built around a promise of speed But it goes further: → An always-on system that helps anticipate trends vs. react → A layer that creates continuity in innovation, capturing knowledge so it doesn’t walk out the door when teams change On paper, it’s exactly what companies say they want. In reality, it’s where things start to show strain. Because this isn’t just a tech upgrade. It’s a system shift: → Decision-making has to evolve (faster, less linear, less centralized) → Teams have to trust outputs that don’t look like traditional “research” → The organization has to operate at a pace it wasn’t built for AI can create speed, continuity, and foresight. But most organizations are still structured for delay, fragmentation, and hindsight. That gap is the real story. If this became real for your organization, what shifts first: your decision-making model, your operating structure, or your culture? 🎙️ Full episode: https://lnkd.in/eNzPwyBH #CPG #Innovation #AI #Growth #ChangeManagement #FutureOfWork
