  • Getting paid shouldn't feel awkward. But often times, when you work for yourself, it can. You complete the work, send the request, wait to see if you get paid on time and maybe have to follow up if you don't. The whole thing makes you feel like you're chasing someone for money you already earned. Calendly just launched Payment Links. You set the price, send one link and they can pay instantly. Website audits, retainer fees, training sessions or even a coffee to cover those "pick your brain" meetings. Getting paid is finally as simple as booking time.

  • Did you know Calendly can get you paid? No, really...stay with us. "Send me your Calendly" used to mean it was the easiest way to protect your time and make scheduling a breeze. Now "Send me your Calendly" can get you paid too. And wait, there's more! We just launched Meeting Packages and Payment Links...two new ways for you to sell and earn with Calendly. Meeting Packages let clients pay upfront for multiple sessions and book over time. You get paid once, they schedule as they go. No follow-ups or awkward reminders. Payment Links let you collect payment for anything (deposits, late fees, document reviews) with one link. Send it, get paid and move on. Getting paid shouldn't be the hardest part of doing the work. Check out how to get started in our comments.

  • When life hands you chaos: Calendly inside Claude helps you handle it without missing a beat. Reschedule a meeting. Block off time. Update your availability. All while you're dealing with whatever life just threw at you (without hurting your relationships). Get more done with less noise.

  • Spring is (finally) here and it's time for some spring cleaning. 🧹💐 What if you could actually clean up one thing in your work life and it would actually stay clean? If it required zero maintenance, no falling back into chaos a week later and everything was just handled for you. What would you pick?

  • Everyone's calendar is mysteriously marked unavailable this afternoon. Weird how that happens. 👀 #MarchMadness Good thing Calendly works inside Anthropic's Claude now. Block off your afternoon, reschedule that 3pm, handle your schedule without leaving your bracket research. Or whatever very important work you're definitely doing. First thing we did with it? Blocked all our event types for today...obviously. Swipe to see how it works (the last slide is probably most important).

Still energized from joining Benepass at their 2026 GMT Onsite in Miami for a customer panel centered around this year’s theme: Own the Outcome. What I shared, and deeply believe, is that from a customer perspective, owning the outcome doesn’t stop when the contract is signed. That’s actually when it begins. When we invest in a benefits partner at Calendly, we’re not just buying software. We’re buying trust - for our admins navigating the day-to-day, for our employees engaging with the experience, and for leadership counting on us to get it right. Trust is built in the moments that follow: how seamlessly a solution integrates into our processes and culture, how confidently we can advocate for it internally, and how positively it’s experienced across the organization. Grateful to the Benepass Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams for creating space for honest dialogue about what truly drives decisions and long-term partnership! Thank you as well to my fellow panelists, Marilyn Hasler, SHRM-CP, Sean Moore, and Shannon Lynch, for the thoughtful perspectives and candid conversation. And a special shout out to Jack Gray for starting our partnership off strong. Implementation is a milestone. Trust is the outcome.

You've gotten really good at managing the chaos. Chasing invoices, showing up to calls and remembering who this person is, coordinating schedules across five time zones, taking notes while trying to actually listen. You handle all of it because you have to. But handling it isn't the same as it being easy. What if one of these things just worked without you having to think about it? Which would make the biggest difference in how your day actually feels?

What advice would you give your younger professional self? Olivia Hutto August's advice to herself years ago? Protect your time from day one. Time management and boundaries aren't something you want to sacrifice on even in the early days. Without them, you're always reacting. For her, it came down to being intentional with tools. She didn't want dozens of apps. She wanted a few that worked and kept things simple. The right tools create space to focus on work that actually moves your business forward.
