Kirit Nagar liked thisKirit Nagar liked thisA small feature that made a big difference in one of our interviews recently. During one of the interview processes on HDIPlatform, a candidate who was interviewing with one of our clients got selected for the role. After the process, he shared something interesting with us. "He mentioned that the prep materials sent before the interview helped him understand what to expect in the interview rounds, which made him feel much more comfortable during the discussion." He also appreciated the automated reminders and smooth interview experience on the platform, which ensured he didn’t miss any details about the interview schedule. Sometimes candidates struggle not because they lack skills, but because they walk into interviews without enough context about the process. That’s why HDIPlatform automatically sends candidates: • Interview round details • Preparation guidelines • Relevant prep materials • Automated reminders before interviews This small step helps candidates feel more confident, more prepared, and more comfortable during interviews. And when candidates are comfortable, interviewers also get better and more meaningful conversations. Hiring becomes better for everyone — recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and candidates. #CandidateExperience #HiringAutomation #HRTech #InterviewProcess #FutureOfHiring #TalentAcquisition #StartupHiring

Kirit Nagar liked thisKirit Nagar liked thisExcited to share that I've joined the folks at Seezo as Head of Engineering! I'd been advising Seezo for about 1.5 years before joining full-time in November. Working closely with Sandesh Mysore Anand and the team, the decision came naturally. Their ambition to reimagine security for an AI-native world is infectious, and the pace they move at backs it up. Two things pulled me in: 1. I want to spend the next decade building in AI, not as a consumer, but as a builder. Choosing a lane here is extremely hard. AI is changing every field, every workflow, every tool. But that's also what makes it exciting. The surface area of what's possible is massive, and the window to build foundational things is right now. 2. I believe security is where some of the highest-impact work needs to happen right now. The SDLC as we knew it is being rewritten. Every org I speak to is adopting different versions of this. Agentic coding is now mainstream. More code is being generated than ever before, and much of it lands in production without close human review. How software gets built, reviewed, and deployed looks nothing like it did even 6 months ago. Security needs to keep up. That means rethinking the fundamentals and rebuilding from the ground up for this new reality, not just retrofitting AI onto legacy approaches. That's what we're building at Seezo, and that's why I'm here. (we have a real office too, banana for scale!)

Kirit Nagar liked thisKirit Nagar liked thisA strange thing about cab rides is that driver is always on the phone. Not for a minute. Not for a quick call. But through out the ride. Sometimes the ride is 1.5–2 hours long but the conversation just never ends. And honestly… a small part of me is impressed. Like seriously, How they have people who can talk 2 hours non-stop on phone? Because I don’t think I can stretch a call that long even once. But then the other part of me gets really annoyed. Especially when you want a quiet ride OR you’re on important call OR you’re with kids who want to sleep OR many other situations. The whole cab becomes a live podcast you never subscribed to. So while having discussion with friends I thought What if ride-hailing apps had a “No Phone Call Ride” option? 📵 Not banning drivers from taking calls. Just a simple preference. (Should be default in premium rides like UBER Premier) “Driver avoids phone calls during the ride unless urgent.” If someone selects it, they might even pay a small fee for a peaceful ride. Sounds small. But small frictions are exactly what great products solve. Apps solved AC/Non-AC problem so they can do it. Works on trust but tracking can be enabled via app as well. Because sometimes the difference between a good ride and a great ride is just… Silence. Have you noticed this too?

When I started, I couldn’t have imagined the scale of experiences, the relationships built, and the transformation I would be privileged to be part of. From early operational challenges to leading global teams, every phase has shaped me — not just as a professional, but as a person. I’ve been fortunate to work with leaders who took bets on me — sometimes before I was fully ready. Thank you to those who trusted me with bigger mandates, pushed me beyond comfort zones, and taught me that growth happens at the edge of discomfort. Your belief made all the difference. The biggest learning over two decades? Stay curious. Stay humble. Keep reinventing. We are now in one of the most defining phases of our industry — an era shaped by AI, digital reinvention, and new operating models. As an organization, we are pivoting, stepping in, and scaling up to lead in this new world. Being part of that evolution — helping clients reimagine operations and outcomes — feels like starting fresh all over again. And none of this would have been possible without my team. The resilience, ownership mindset, and passion I see every day inspire me. Leadership is never individual — it is always collective. I am grateful to walk this journey with you. Scaling hiring is tough. Doing it quickly and effectively is tougher. Many teams get stuck — too many open roles, slow pipelines, and candidates dropping off before joining. As we approach the twilight of 2025, one thing is clearer than ever — skills matter more than titles. Industries worldwide are shifting from traditional qualification-based hiring to capability-first workforce models, and this shift is reshaping the entire hiring ecosystem. Today’s talent landscape is driven by: 🔹 Rapidly evolving technical roles 🔹 Preference for hands-on, job-ready skills 🔹 Rise of diverse talent pools from Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities 🔹 Greater emphasis on adaptability and continuous learning 🔹 Data-backed workforce planning 🔹 The increasing influence of AI on how hiring decisions are made Industry Trends Shaping Hiring in 2026 1️⃣ Skill-First Hiring Frameworks Organizations are focusing on what talent can do instead of the positions they’ve held. Practical assessments, assignments, and capability mapping are becoming standard. 2️⃣ Evolving Technical Competencies Job roles now demand blended expertise — technical skills combined with communication, domain knowledge, and analytical ability. 3️⃣ Upskilling as a Necessity With industries changing rapidly, continuous learning has become essential for candidates to stay relevant and competitive. 4️⃣ Expansion of the Talent Landscape Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are emerging as strong talent sources, offering: * High motivation * Better retention * Strong technical potential * Diversity of thought 5️⃣ Flexible Workforce Models Companies increasingly prefer: * Contract staffing * Project-based hiring * Hybrid workforce structures * Agile, scalable teams This helps manage cost pressures and dynamic business needs. 6️⃣ Data-Driven Hiring Decisions Organizations now rely on industry data, skills benchmarks, and availability insights to build future-ready teams. 7️⃣ How the Advent of AI Has Affected Hiring The rise of AI has not replaced recruiters — but it has transformed the process of hiring across industries. AI has enabled: * Faster candidate sourcing through pattern-based search * Better matching of skills to job requirements * Early-stage screening at scale * Improved identification of suitable talent profiles * Reduction of repetitive manual tasks * More structured and consistent evaluation AI has essentially allowed organizations to make smarter decisions at greater speed, while freeing hiring teams to focus on interviews, human interaction, and final decision-making. Instead of replacing human judgment, AI has strengthened it. Looking Ahead Hiring in 2026 will be built on three pillars: 👉 Skills 👉 Adaptability 👉 Intelligence — both human and digital Organizations that embrace this shift early will be better prepared for the workforce of tomorrow. Skills are the new currency. Talent is becoming more dynamic. And hiring is evolving faster than ever before. #HiringTrends2025 #FutureOfWork #SkillsFirst #TalentAcquisition #WorkforceTrends #HiringEvolution #SkillBasedHiring #RecruitmentInsights #TechnicalHiring #DigitalWorkforce

Let’s cut to the chase. Hiring for a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India shouldn’t take forever. But more often than not, it does. I’ve seen it across sectors, be it IT, fintech, SaaS, analytics, consulting. A brand-new GCC with a strong global mandate sets up shop in India, excited to scale. Fast-forward six months, and they’re still struggling to build even the core team. So why does this keep happening? Here’s my take on it. #LeadershipInsights #GCCIndia #Globalcapabilitycenters

Interesting Read! I especially agree that customizing employer brands and agile recruitment processes aren’t just nice-to-haves—they’re essential for staying ahead in tier-2 cities and winning over niche skill sets. As someone deeply involved in recruitment trends in India, I see these shifts daily at Talentiser where client conversations reinforce the need for both speed and long-term talent strategy.

Proud to have been part of these conversations that are shaping Hyderabad’s growing GCC ecosystem. Hearing the perspectives of HR and TA leaders first hand made the shift towards deep-tech talent, future skills, and stronger industry–academia collaboration feel even more real and urgent. From a GCC lens, Hyderabad’s momentum is evident. The expanding GCC footprint is creating a natural momentum — the more global value work moves here, the more the ecosystem attracts deep-tech, design, and engineering talent that drives the next wave of innovation. Great insights from Pasupathi S, Rakesh Almal, Smitha Yadav, Anukulya Panda, Pallavi Garimella, Divya Balraj, Pratyush Mehta, Pragya Singh, Meenakshi Chhillar, Gopi Krishna M, Kalyan Seshadri, Raghavi Koka, Shaam Mathews, Harsha Goyal, Sadaf Rahman. Psychological safety is the foundation of great teams. In this clip, Mayuri D, our Head of HR in India, shares how Tech9's leadership team leads by example. They ask for help, share what they’re learning, and create space for real conversations. As a remote-first, globally distributed company, we know that being digitally present means more than showing up on a screen. It’s about listening, checking in, and making sure every voice is heard. That’s what builds trust and it’s what makes Tech9 a place where people can bring their full selves to work. #Tech9 #Leadership #Culture #PsychologicalSafety #Teamwork

The role of India in global talent strategy has fundamentally changed. For GCCs and MNCs, hiring today is less about numbers and far more about capability, leadership depth, and long-term scalability. The most successful organizations are those designing talent architectures early—before scale forces reactive decisions. At Prometheus Consulting, we partner closely with leadership teams to build these foundations—especially for GCC setups and expansion phases where the first few hires define the future many. Three years. One platform. Built bit by bit. What started as a vision has grown into something I am genuinely proud of — a full-service leadership and talent platform serving enterprises across India and the Middle East. Here’s what Native platform looks like today: Native — India’s leading mid-senior leadership hiring firm, with 33+ practice areas, 3 offices, 13 partners, and 130+ consultants serving 1000+clients (Yes, there’s magic in the number 3.) Native Middle East — Our data-led recruiting methodology, now available to the Middle East market. QUNBA — A unique collection of wisdom from India’s biggest corporate honchos AlterNatives — Specialized hiring for Board of Directors and experts. Northward — An integrated retained search and HR advisory offering, for frontier organizations under the leadership of Debraj Sinha. And finally Woven — Our RPO venture, led by none other than Vinod Subramanian and Mithun Shetty — the folks who built Global leader AMS into one of India’s largest RPO company. And with that, the circle is complete..... hopefully ;) What’s been the most rewarding part of this journey? Watching entrepreneurial leaders and partners choose Native as the platform to build their own businesses — and seeing them thrive. We’re just getting started. 👬 From Childhood Friends to Global HR Leaders I've had the privilege of knowing Ashish Parulekar for almost 40 years. Watching him excel through school and college, and now witnessing his remarkable journey as the Global Head of People Analytics for Talent Acquisition at Amazon, fills me with immense pride. While his #mentors and his wonderful wife Jen (Jennifer Hicks Parulekar), have been pivotal in his journey, I take a small credit for nudging him towards the #HR realm 🤨, specifically into the fascinating world of People Analytics. Ashish recently featured on the #DigitalHRLeaders podcast with David Green 🇺🇦, discussing how Amazon leverages #data and #science to power its global hiring engine. Here are my five key takeaways from their enlightening conversation: ♾ Balancing Act: Amazon meticulously balances cost, speed, quality, and fairness in its hiring processes, ensuring efficiency without compromising on equity ♾ Tech-Driven Recruitment: The integration of advanced tools and technologies optimizes both high-volume and corporate recruitment, streamlining operations at scale. ♾ Bias-Free Assessment: Implementing diverse assessment methods helps in evaluating top talent objectively, minimizing biases in the selection process. ♾ Evolving Role of Analytics: People Analytics is not just about data; it's about unlocking productivity and driving strategic decisions across the organization.LinkedIn ♾ Avoiding 'Data Theatre': It's crucial to focus on actionable insights rather than getting caught up in superficial metrics that don't drive real value. For those interested in the full discussion, you can watch the podcast (link in the first comment): How People Analytics and Science Powers Amazon's Global Hiring Engine Ashish, your journey is a testament to dedication, innovation, and the power of data-driven decision-making. Why Induction Needs a Leadership Reset!! The first 90 days define employee productivity, engagement, and retention. Yet across India and the Middle East, induction is still largely compliance-driven—heavy on policies, light on experience. What the data shows: * Structured, experiential onboarding improves retention by up to 82% * Employees reach productivity 50% faster when onboarding is role-aligned * Poor early experience is a key driver of first-year attrition across GCCs and enterprise organizations. InductX shifts induction from an HR checklist to a strategic business lever: * Immersive: Employees experience culture, values, and context—not just presentations * Inclusive: Designed for multi-geography, multilingual, and diverse workforces * Inductive: Learn-by-doing journeys that accelerate confidence and role readiness Onboarding is no longer operational—it directly impacts retention, speed-to-productivity, and cultural alignment, especially in high-growth, high-attrition markets. 👉 If you’re rethinking how talent is welcomed, InductX helps you get it right from Day 1. Reach out to us at connect@credencehrservices.com to know more. #HRLeadership #CXOAgenda #EmployeeExperience #OnboardingTransformation #InductX #IndiaHR #MiddleEastHR #FutureOfWork

I was happy to contribute some thoughts to ETGCCWorld.com on what is happening inside 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 (𝗚𝗖𝗖𝘀) when it comes to talent strategy and search. What I see, especially in India, is not a salary war. It is a work transformation. GCCs are no longer back-office structures; they are building products, running AI platforms and taking real decisions that impact global companies. This is why 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 is moving to mid-senior professionals. Companies do not need more executors. They need people able to think, coordinate with headquarters and own outcomes. The higher compensation is simply the consequence of responsibility. Another interesting signal: retention is often stronger. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘰𝘯 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺. Trend-wise, we are seeing a quiet move from outsourcing for efficiency to capability ownership. I am curious — are you observing the same shift in your market? Read the full article here linked below. ⬇️ And feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. #GiGroupHolding #GCCs #TalentStrategy #RecruitmentTrends #MarketTrends
