Go from visibility to action, without adding headcount. Security teams already have the signals. What’s missing is a reliable way to act on them. In our latest blog, we break down how Tines and Netskope work together to help teams turn cloud and network insights into coordinated, repeatable responses. By combining Netskope’s visibility across cloud, SaaS, and network traffic with Tines’ intelligent workflows, teams can investigate alerts, enrich context, and take action across their stack in a consistent, controlled way. The result is faster response, less manual triage, and workflows that actually scale with the environment around them. If closing the gap between detection and response is a goal for your team, take a look: https://lnkd.in/dX_w6zri

Your IT Service Management platform defines the process. But the real work happens everywhere else. A single incident can span 10+ systems: identity providers, endpoint platforms, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, collaboration apps. The ticket tracks status. Execution lives across the stack. For service desk teams juggling dozens of active tickets at once, that gap creates real operational friction: → Documentation that gets updated later (or not at all) → Manual steps repeated slightly differently each time → Changes made without full validation → Closeout procedures skipped during the busiest moments These aren't process failures. They're the natural side effects of manual coordination under pressure. Orchestration changes that equation, ensuring the operational intent defined in your ITSM is actually executed, consistently, even when your team is moving fast. We wrote about how IT teams are extending ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and other ITSM platforms with orchestration to go from ticket to action. Read the full post: https://lnkd.in/d8Vp9NXx

Manual evidence collection is one of the biggest time drains for compliance and security teams. Downloading Jira tickets, formatting them, and uploading them to the right Drata control — for every audit, every cycle — is where teams lose hours they don't have. In this Five Minute Flow, we show how to automate the entire evidence pipeline from Jira to Drata using Tines. Here's how it works, step-by-step: 📥 Triggers from a Tines Page, a simple form for your compliance team 🔍 Captures the Jira ticket number, Drata workspace ID, and control ID from user input 🔗 Pulls the full Jira issue via the REST API ⚙️ Transforms the response into structured JSON 📂 Uploads it directly to the mapped control in Drata — with creation and renewal dates auto-populated Instead of manually exporting tickets and navigating Drata's UI for every piece of evidence, this flow does it in seconds — giving GRC and security teams a faster, more consistent way to stay audit-ready. 🎥 Subscribe to the 5 Minute Flows Playlist: https://lnkd.in/d94xDwWF 🔗 Import the workflow: https://lnkd.in/dY8Fb4KJ

I've been to a lot of events. But I still consider myself an introvert and I really, really prefer virtual events 😅 Cuz then I can experiment alongside the sessions! And Tines has a really cool idea with their new flagship virtual event, "Workflow" 😎 We're all figuring out AI, and especially figuring out how to crack the code for secure, scalable AI... so they're getting some of the best brains together for real practical lessons and honest conversations from folks who are transforming processes within their own organizations. The lineup has leaders from Jamf, Asana, Hubspot, even Riot Games and a whole lot more! 👀 Showtime for Workflow is May 6th! Livestreamed from New York but available all online -- it's not a hype-y product event, it's just a cool collection of people sharing how they're getting more things done. I'm pretty pumped for it because I know I've got that "AI paralysis", overwhelmed with ideas but really needing the practical strategies and implementations that actually get automations going. I hope you tune in too, link below in the comments!

88% of AI proof-of-concepts never make it to production, according to IDC. That wasn’t the case for Robinhood. On April 23rd, join the Robinhood team for a live discussion on how they approached building with AI from day one and their advice for teams looking to achieve similar success. Join the discussion for insights into how you can: ✅ Scale alert triage across severity levels without increasing team overhead ✅ Apply a multi-agent approach to handle complex investigations and context limitations ✅ Build confidence scoring, validation workflows, and human-in-the-loop guardrails to improve reliability Register here: https://lnkd.in/d5wkpBJQ

AI can generate insights. Turning those insights into action is where most teams get stuck. At Workflow, Steven Angle Staff Systems Engineer at Databricks, shares how teams are designing workflows that actually drive outcomes, not just surface information. From connecting systems to executing decisions across tools, he’ll walk through what it takes to move from insight to action in real-world IT environments. Tines just made Claude a lot more 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹. Not “interesting.” 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹. 𝗔𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Tines is now in Anthropic Claude’s connector directory, which means Claude can connect to tools from MCP servers built in Tines and interact with workflows directly. That includes triggering Stories, querying data, and running workflows from a conversation inside Claude. It’s available in claude.ai, Claude Desktop, and Cowork. That matters because most AI demos still stop at: “Look what the model can say.” Cool. But in the real world, teams need: 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼. That’s why this is interesting to me. Tines has already been a strong control layer for workflows. Claude is already a strong interface for interacting with information. Put them together, and now you’re much closer to something teams actually want: ✅ Ask Claude to kick off a workflow ✅ Query live operational data ✅ Use Tines as the action layer behind AI ✅ Turn MCP from “future concept” into something practical This is the shift a lot of people have been waiting for. We’re moving from AI as a copilot… to AI connected to real systems, real logic, and real outcomes. And that’s the part I care about most. Because this is how automation should feel: 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗸. Just a better way to interact with the systems and workflows you already rely on. 𝗔𝗜 + 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 + 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. That’s where this gets real. What would you want Claude to do first if it could securely interact with your Tines workflows? 💬 #Tines #Claude #AI #Automation #MCP #SecOps #ITOps #AIEngineering #WorkflowAutomation
