WorkDrive 6.0 – Intelligent Enterprise Content Management

We’ve been working on a major update to Zoho WorkDrive, our intelligent content management platform.

The problem we focused on: most enterprise knowledge is locked inside files—documents, recordings, videos, and internal content that are hard to search, extract, and act on.

With WorkDrive 6.0, we introduced:

• Natural-language Q&A inside PDFs, images, audio, video, and Zoho files

• Transcription and summarization for audio and video

• File suggestions based on activity and collaboration

• Stronger governance with DLP, sharing controls, and admin visibility

• Metadata enrichment and access control

• Accessibility Controls for diverse user needs

• Enterprise-scale process automation

• AI orchestration with Zoho MCP (Integrate over 950 apps)
