We had an incredible few days in Austin at SXSW 2026, hosting our Work AI House and connecting with leaders who are building the next chapter of AI at work. Some of our favorite moments: 🤠 A panel from the Work AI Institute with Rebecca Hinds, PhD from Glean, Kyle Forrestt from Deloitte, Federico Torreti from Oracle, and Phil Willburn from Workday that went beyond AI hype to share real frameworks, examples, and playbooks leaders can put to work. 👢 A packed conversation on turning AI innovation into measurable business outcomes with Laura Jaekle from Glean, Tim Glomb from Wunderkind, Jake Kooker from Indeed, and Addison Iwanaga from Adobe. 🌵 Demos and discussions with leaders ready for trusted, enterprise AI grounded in their own data. Thanks for stopping by our SXSW Work AI House!

Women now hold just 31% of VP+ roles globally, despite being 44% of the workforce, and AI could widen that gap instead of closing it. While new analysis shows women are more likely to be in AI-exposed roles, there's also evidence that they may exhibit unique skills that are prerequisites for effective AI transformation: giving clear context, anticipating reactions, and thinking through tradeoffs. In a recent article in Inc. Magazine, our head of Work AI Institute, Rebecca Hinds, PhD, shares how leaders can flip this script, along with ideas from Lauren Pasquarella Daley, PhD from Jobs for the Future (JFF), Kelly Daniel from Glean, and Shweta Puri from Nextdoor. As AI agents move from simply observing your systems to taking action inside them, the governance stakes change fast. In this CXOTalk conversation with Michael Krigsman, Cvent's CISO Ben Mayrides and CIO Pradeep Mannakkara, unpack how they’re governing more than 6,000 agents – from education and culture to risk processes – and how the Work AI Institute’s AWARE framework (intent, context, guardrails, risk scoring & blocking, and ecosystem observability) gives them a shared language to balance speed and safety as they decide what to greenlight, slow down, or hold back. Watch the full CXOTalk episode to see how enterprise leaders are building real agent governance linked in the comments.

Do you ever worry your agents might discuss sensitive or out-of-scope topics? With Glean Protect’s restricted topics policies, you can turn those concerns into guardrails: 🔹 Turn on out-of-the-box policies for compensation, performance decisions, and personal financial advice 🔹 Add your own high-risk topics 🔹 Flag for review or auto‑redact responses in real time Backed by the AWARE framework, Glean blocks risky requests, logs prompt injection attempts, and protects against toxic content, malicious code, and unsafe tool calls – so your agents respect boundaries and behave predictably. Watch Sandy T. and Sunil Agrawal try to push Glean’s onboarding agent out of scope, and what happened when Glean Protect stepped in. Deploy AI agents with confidence: https://lnkd.in/gX_iAFCE

Big congratulations to Kleiner Perkins on their launch of KP22. We’re proud to have KP as a partner and grateful for their support early in Glean’s journey. KP has backed many of the most important technology companies of the last several decades, and continues to support founders building through major technology shifts - including the one we’re seeing now with AI. Excited to see the next generation of companies they help bring to life! 🙌
For more than 50 years, Kleiner Perkins has partnered with founders at moments of inflection. Today we're proud to announce KP22, our twenty-second venture fund: $1 billion to back early-stage companies, alongside $2.5 billion in growth funds to back high-inflection, category-defining businesses. A moment like this is where the most enduring companies take root. Deep founder relationships and hands-on support matter more than ever, and we believe in lean investment and portfolio operating teams that work on founder time to deliver exactly that. We're so grateful to the founders and LPs who have trusted us over the years. We couldn't be more excited to partner with the next generation of history-making companies.

Your work isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your AI shouldn’t be either 🙂↕️💯 With LLM choice in Glean Assistant, every employee gets access to a team of experts on demand – inside Glean’s single, secure Assistant experience. Select the best model for the job: create + visualize with models like Gemini 3.1 Pro, debug + write code with models like Claude Sonnet 4.6, or do a bit of everything with all-purpose models like GPT 5.4. Don’t want to think about model selection? Turn on Auto, and Assistant will choose the right model for each task. Your AI should adapt to the way you work, helping you become an expert in any task with an agentic coworker by your side. That belief is exactly why we gave customers the choice. Ericsson doesn’t just want isolated AI experiments – they’re focused on industrializing AI across thousands of workflows. In our latest Unprompted episode, our founder & CEO Arvind Jain sits down in Stockholm with Ericsson’s Chief Data Officer and Head of AI Joel Nygårds to talk about what an AI-first enterprise really looks like. At Ericsson, that means: 🔹 Agents that run under each employee’s own permissions – reducing internal data leakage and fixing legacy oversharing 🔹 Close to 3,000 agents already created, from HR assistants to engineering and service delivery copilots 🔹 A shift from minutes saved to end-to-end workflow outcomes like time-to-market, customer responsiveness, and P&L impact 🔹 Meeting consumer-grade expectations at work so people don’t turn to unmanaged shadow AI Joel shares the opportunities, the governance challenges, and what still keeps him up at night as AI reshapes how Ericsson works, collaborates, and serves customers.
