All information is subject to change. As a feature or product becomes generally available, or is cancelled or postponed, information will be removed from this website. These features are now generally available.
- Agent Mode guides you through multi‑step tasks—like cleaning up tables or creating charts—directly in the Excel grid. You see each step and can edit the results at any point.
 - Agent Mode guides you through writing tasks in Word. You can ask it to summarize feedback or draft a section, and it creates an initial version, asks for clarifications, and offers adjustments.
 - Facilitator helps guide your meeting from start to finish. It sets an agenda, keeps time, captures editable notes, answers questions using meeting context, and tracks tasks in Planner. It can also create documents on the spot and works in Teams Rooms and mobile, so every decision and action is captured.

- Agent Mode in PowerPoint helps you edit and improve presentations through simple chat instructions while preserving your deck’s structure and style. Ask Copilot to revise layouts, clean up content, or apply updates using your enterprise data to speed up your workflow.
 - Use the =COPILOT function to turn plain‑English prompts and cell ranges into instant summaries, classifications, and ideas. It recalculates with your sheet, keeping results fresh and saving time.
 - Agents in Viva Engage draft answers using SharePoint and conversation context so communities get faster, more reliable help. Admins can edit responses, control posting, and view the agent’s reasoning to verify quality.
