I was interested in working on new products. Since then, I have had the opportunity to learn and move into new areas like Ruby on Rails and core engineering. ⭐️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? I enjoy the freedom to work on different areas like integrations, ROI analytics, and other projects. I like that I can think independently, try new ideas, and write quality code without pressure. The good work-life balance makes my work more enjoyable. ⭐️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝗚𝟮’𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟯 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀? Open, Flexible, Supportive ⭐️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝟮? One of my proudest accomplishments is transitioning from a Salesforce engineer to a core software engineer. G2 gave me the opportunity to learn Ruby on Rails, take on new responsibilities, and grow into a senior engineering role. Along the way, I worked on initiatives like ROI analytics, including ideas that started during hackathons and later became real product features. ⭐️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? From my experience, changing projects and learning new technologies have helped me grow. I don’t get stuck doing the same work for too long.
