Description
- I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
- I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
- I have uploaded Diagnostics

Expected behavior
Docker Desktop should start if I'm logging in.
Actual behavior
Docker Desktop doesn't start if I'm logging in.
