When Amelia Fry attended the Season 5 premiere of Emily in Paris, it felt like a full-circle moment. Four years earlier, Mimi watched Emily Cooper bravely move to Paris and thought, “This is possible.” That inspiration sparked Mimi’s own leap — from Wolverhampton, England, to the City of Light. Just like Emily, Mimi encountered her share of challenges: language barriers, a tiny basement apartment near the Eiffel Tower, and the realities of adapting to a new country. Still, she chose to say yes to every opportunity, embracing new experiences and stepping into the unknown. In her own words: "It was really inspiring to see her go for it, say yes to every opportunity, and just launch herself in. There wasn’t another character like her on TV.” Along the way, Mimi built strong friendships and a support network that helped her adjust to life in Paris. For anyone needing a dose of inspiration, catch the new season of Emily in Paris — now streaming on Netflix!

On November 24th, Netflix hosted the world premiere of Troll 2, bringing Norway’s most legendary creature back in spectacular style. To celebrate, a fleet of 600 synchronized drones created the largest drone show ever seen in the Nordics. The highlight was a 100-meter-tall troll, towering over and roaring at the crowd gathered at Holmenkollen. The show was visible across Oslo, making it a night to remember for the entire city. The original Troll movie also remains highly popular, garnering 2.8 million views in recent days. Troll 2 debuted at No. 1 on the non-English film list with 29.3 million views, while the first film returned to the spotlight, reaching No. 2 with 5.3 million views as fans revisited the Norse legend.
