AI agents don’t click buttons. They talk directly to your APIs. 🤖 Join Dana Lawson, CTO at Netlify, live at Web Summit Lisbon on Nov 13 for her session: “Zero-UI Engineering: Evolving Architecture for AX.” She’ll explore how to build systems that support the next era of Agent Experience (AX), from surfacing runtime metadata to wiring real-time observability and feedback loops that help AI agents test, debug, and remediate safely in production. It’s time to think beyond the UI. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/efDbCp3v

Always love seeing our leaders share how AI is reshaping how teams work, connect, and grow. Great conversation between Richard Terry-Lloyd and Bill Binch on what practical Agentic AI looks like in action.
Happy Friday! Great to be joined by my friend Richard Terry-Lloyd of Netlify discussing his journey into agentic AI on Battery Ventures Sounds Bites podcast. https://lnkd.in/g47vaeps

Yesterday, our VP of Applied AI, Sean Roberts, joined an incredible lineup at the #TypeScriptAI Conference — the first event built by and for TypeScript AI developers. On the AX & Agent Tooling panel, Sean shared how the next generation of AI-native workflows is taking shape — with developers using TypeScript to design, test, and ship more reliable agent experiences on Netlify. Huge thanks to the Mastra team for hosting such a thoughtful, developer-focused event! 📸 A few snapshots from the day:

A small but mighty update from Eduardo Bouças. You can now manually trigger Scheduled Functions right from the logs page. Easier testing, smoother workflows.
If you use Scheduled Functions on Netlify, this one is for you. You can now manually trigger your functions from the logs page. Since scheduled functions only run automatically on production deploys, testing with deploy previews has always been a bit awkward. No more! Learn more about Scheduled Functions at https://lnkd.in/daKPaJtK.

Always great to see our engineers sharing what they’ve learned and leveling up security across the team. Awesome work, John!
Today I had the opportunity to present at Netlify as part of my role as an Infrastructure Security Engineer — my first formal internal presentation! I talked about how we approach vulnerability management, how we simplify the process of handling findings, and how structured triaging and clear workflows can make a huge difference for engineering teams. It was a great experience — challenging, fun, and definitely a confidence boost. Diving deep into vulnerabilities, understanding how they impact our systems, and helping streamline the process for the teams involved is something I genuinely enjoy.

When a feature request comes in, we don’t just log it; we build it. Eduardo and the team used Agent Runners to ship new functionality for Blobs, including the ability to delete individual entries and stores, along with other UI improvements.
At Netlify, we love using Netlify to build Netlify. One of our customers shared a feature request with us. They use Blobs and were missing the option to delete individual entries as well as entire stores from the UI. We got our Agent Runners on the job and were able to ship it to production in record time. (And threw in some unrelated UI improvements for good measure.)
