Cannot start Docker Compose application after 4.10.0 update #12806
Description
Unable to perform "Run All" on grouped containers created by docker-compose. The docker desktop displays the error:
- I have tried with the latest version of Docker Desktop
- I have tried disabling enabled experimental features
- I have uploaded Diagnostics

Error when running all containers via Docker Desktop 'play' button
Expected behavior
Be able to run all containers at once

Current work around is to do all on WSL2 terminal or the Docker extension on VSCode
Checking the issue: vpnkit.exe seems to be running? but docker wasn't able to detect it?
