How do you bring a 1000 people passionate about #customersuccess to Dublin? Pulse Europe 2025! Today was Day 1 and my first Pulse as CEO of Gainsight. What an opening it was! We started with a video made entirely with AI in 3 weeks (I have neither the acting skills nor the fitness to pull this off IRL). My good friend Bryan Ebzery orchestrated 10+ tools (Kling AI, Google Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs and more), to create something that would’ve been impossible a year ago. His creative genius is what brought it all together. AI amplified him, didn't make him redundant. That's the pattern everywhere now. Three things are clear: 🔥 Retention is now existential. Agentic coding is commoditizing software. When anyone can build anything, every customer matters. ❤️ You need to treat every customer like your best customer. But you can't scale headcount as a function of revenue. 🤝 The future is human + digital + agents working together. Agents that amplify humans. Agents that remove drudgery. Humans building relationships and delivering strategic value. We're shifting from workflow to outcomes. From Software-as-a-Service to Retention-as-a-Service.
