When operational in 2028, this massive 320 terabit system (enough to stream 12.5 million HD films every second) will deliver fast and reliable cloud and AI services across the Atlantic. Fastnet adds to AWS's global fiber optic network that spans 9 million kilometers, enough to reach from the Earth to the Moon and back more than 11 times.
