I've been using Ortto for email marketing for over a year now and highly rate the tool. The user interface is clean and intuitive - it's easy to find what you're looking for and navigate between the different features. The journey builder is sophisticated in its capabilities yet easy to use. The customer support is excellent - quick to respond and very helpful. The team always follow up with updates on any outstanding issues or questions. We've also received performance tips from the wider Ortto team with regular reports to help us stay on top of performance and identify any issues. Compared to the previous email marketing tool our company was using, I've been able to create much more complex automations that have increased engagement and give me a clearer view on how our campaigns are performing. At time of writing this review, the landing page builder has just been released and that's a huge bonus. I've been using Typeform, which came at an additional cost, so having a solution in Ortto will be a cost saving. The available integrations, including Typeform, Salesforce and Meta, is one of the reasons our company chose this software. Implementing these integrations hasn't always been smooth, but that seems to be an issue with the capabilities and reliability of those tools, rather than Ortto. So overall, I'm a huge fan and would recommend the software to others.
