This starts updating the website for the new governance

This is related to jupyter/governance#150, which updates the governance docs.

…ved.

Also added AWS and Bloomberg to direct financial sponsors since they contribute to community building.

I also added a few badges for the social media links.

This icon comes from https://github.com/twitter/twemoji/blob/ad3d3d669bb3697946577247ebb15818f09c6c91/assets/svg/1f310.svg, licensed CC-by-4.0. In the readme, it says "We would consider a mention in the HTML/JS source sufficient also." so that is what we did.

I tweaked the color of the path to a dark grey, matching the text on the page.
This solves the 404 we're getting when we request non-existent pictures.

http://jupyter.org/governance/executive_council.html and http://jupyter.org/governance/software_steering_council.html still say that the EC and SSC have yet to be formed; we need to move these out of the "future governance" section and remove the "not yet formed" language"

That is taken care of in jupyter/governance#150 (along with many other things).

@echarles, @rpwagner, @ibdafna - can you upload or tell us where to find 160x160 pixel pictures of you to go on the About page of the new Jupyter website under the software steering council section? Perhaps easiest is just making a comment here and attaching your picture to the comment.

The preview of the page with the SSC (and your names) is at https://deploy-preview-712--jupyter-github-io.netlify.app/about#software-steering-council-members

(And even if we merge this before getting your pictures, it would be easy to add your pictures later if you want.)

Also, @ivanov - I noticed your affiliation still says "Noteable" - do you want to update that, and if so, what should it read?
