The date your item is delivered to your address is your delivery date.
2. Check the price before January 2, 2023.
If we’ve lowered your item’s price and it’s still in stock, your item is eligible for a price adjustment.*
3. Contact Microsoft Store Support to request a price adjustment.
We’ll check eligibility and credit your original payment method accordingly.

The Microsoft Store Price Promise is Microsoft’s promise to you that if the price of a physical product you purchased from us drops at Microsoft Store within 30 days (60 days for Surface) of your delivery date, you will be eligible for a price adjustment.*

You must request the price adjustment within 30 days (60 days for Surface) of your delivery date.* To be eligible for the price adjustment, your product must be in stock and the price reduced from what you paid. You’ll need to contact Microsoft Store Sales and Support with your order number. A credit will be provided to you using the same method of payment as you used for your original purchase.

Yes, often at holiday time, Microsoft Store offers 60 days for a price adjustment on eligible purchases. The Microsoft Store Extended Holiday Price Promise is our promise to you that if the price of your product drops at Microsoft Store over holiday season, you are eligible for a price adjustment. This year the Extended Holiday Price Promise applies to purchases made from October 2, 2022 through January 2, 2023. Note that, depending on your date of purchase, you may have additional time to request a price adjustment through the  standard Microsoft Store Price Promise (30 days from delivery date for eligible physical products and 60 days from delivery date for Surface devices). All other terms of the Microsoft Price Promise apply. See 2022 Extended Holiday Price Promise terms below.*

A credit will be provided to you using the same method of payment as you used for your original purchase once your product has been fulfilled.
