Viva Learning
The Viva Learning UI will be localized according to the user’s preferred language settings in Microsoft 365. Viva Learning supports all the same languages as Microsoft Teams. If the translation in that locale is not available, it will default to English. Learning course content language availability varies by content provider.
Viva Insights
The Viva Insights user interface is currently available in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French (France), German (Germany), Italian (Italy), Japanese (Japan), Korean (Korea), Portuguese (Brazil), Russian (Russia), Spanish (Spain), and English (United States). The Viva Insights user interface automatically uses your locale (language and region) setting, as specified in one of the following sources: Windows, your web browser, or the locale that is set for your Exchange Online mailbox.
Viva Topics
Viva Topics is available to customers worldwide and currently offers English language support. Additional language support will be added on the Microsoft 365 roadmap.

Viva Connections is available to customers worldwide and currently offers English language support. The Viva Connections platform and user interface automatically uses your locale (language and region) setting, as specified in one of the following sources: Windows, your web browser, or the locale that is set for your Exchange Online mailbox. Coming soon, multilingual support will allow organizations to connect with employees in many languages.
Viva Goals
Viva Goals currently supports seven languages: English (US, GB), French (FR, CA), Spanish (ES, MX), and Portuguese (BR). Support for approximately 40 additional languages is planned by the end of 2022, beginning with German.
Viva Engage
Viva Engage currently supports 26 languages including: Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (BR, PT), Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).

A license is required for anyone who wants to access partner content and learning management systems, or recommend content and track completion progress.
Viva Insights
Personal insights are available to Microsoft 365 users without requiring a separate Viva Insights license. Premium personal insights, manager insights, and leader insights, as well as advanced insights, are available to users with a Viva Insights license.
Viva Topics
A license is required for anyone viewing, accessing, or curating topic cards, topic pages, or topic centers, or otherwise benefiting from Viva Topics capabilities.
Viva Connections
Viva Connections is currently available to all Microsoft 365 or Office 365 enterprise plan users without requiring a separate license.
Viva Goals
The Viva Goals web app has no licensing prerequisites—customers can purchase and use Viva Goals with the web app without any other Microsoft product or subscription. A Microsoft Teams product license is a prerequisite to use the Viva Goals app in Teams.
Viva Engage
Viva Engage is currently available to all Microsoft 365 or Office 365 enterprise and frontline plan users without requiring a separate license.
Viva Sales
Viva Sales users must have M365 E3/E5 products and capabilities. Viva Sales functionality occurs in Outlook and Teams. Users must also have a CRM system to connect to Viva Sales. If they are using Dynamics 365 Sales (Enterprise, Premium, MRSs, or CE-1), they will receive Viva Sales at no additional cost. Customers using Dynamics Pro license, or a Salesforce CRM can purchase Viva Sales.
