Nick is a seasoned development technologist with over 30 years of leadership experience and a passion for leading, developing, and mentoring diverse development teams. He has an effective mix of technical skills and leadership experience. Serving as an active duty Naval officer gave him valuable leadership experience in pressure-filled, forward-deployed environments stressing results, integrity, and ‘big-picture’ decision-making skills. While in the Navy he taught himself Delphi Programming, eventually going on to become a frequent author, conference speaker, and prominent community member. Along the way, Nick has come to love the process of developing software and leading people. His goal is to combine these two skill sets to manage software developers and the software development process.
