    ThousandEyes tests detected 2 outages impacting Comcast’s network backbone: 1) In the SF Bay Area between ~9:40pm-11:25pm PT on Nov. 8. 2) On Nov. 9 from 5:05am until ~ 6:15am PT with broader reach across multiple U.S. cities.

    A Comcast outage took place on Tuesday, November 9, starting at 5:05am PT and lasted over an hour until ~ 6:15am PT.
    An outage occurred in Comcast’s backbone in the SF Bay Area between approximately 9:40pm-11:25pm PT on Monday Nov. 8.

    A second, separate issue w/ Facebook apps & services today is now resolved. Unlike the Oct 4 outage, Facebook & Instagram were reachable, but tests showed increased server errors & that apps were running slow for some users, in some cases failing to load.
