    The CNIL published today (on a Sunday!) its Opinion on the StopCovid mobile app the French government wants to use. They have recommendations on how to make it less centralized, but no existential "non" is expressed towards its proposed architecture.

    This shows the location data of phones that were on a Florida beach during Spring Break. It then shows where those phones traveled. First thing you should note is the importance of social distancing. The second is how much data your phone gives off.

    Romanian authorities inform the recent presidential decree establishing the state of emergency is restricting some . So this is a derogation from as per art 15. Official nota verbale (but nowhere on a Romanian govt website - sic!)
