Our CEO Stephen Lynch’s listening tour arrives in the UK 🇬🇧 ✨ Stephen spent a couple of days in our London office this week connecting with teams and hearing perspectives from across the organization. The office was full throughout the visit, with a highly engaging AMA, plenty of 1:1 conversations, and great discussions across the board. He also met in person with executives from ASOS.com and Frasers Group, continuing to strengthen our relationships with key customers. Cheers to everyone who took the time to join, share, and connect. 1dThere was a fantastic buzz in the London office over the past couple of days - at times, almost standing room only. For me, it was a valuable opportunity to connect in person with colleagues from across London and the surrounding areas, including many of our Product Leads. These face-to-face moments matter - they build trust, alignment, and momentum in a way that’s hard to replicate remotely. The AMA session with Stephen Lynch was particularly strong. It was highly engaged, with thoughtful, well-structured questions that reflected both the depth of expertise across Algolia and a genuine drive to keep improving. I was especially encouraged to hear questions around how Security can be leveraged - not just as a control function, but as an enabler of the business. That shift in mindset is where things get interesting. I came away impressed by the level of insight, curiosity, and ambition across the team. Looking forward to what comes next and hearing about the next leg in Sydney.
