Guys I do a fair amount of buying with both Amazon and Walmart and see that the AI is a little confusing for normal shoppers. The answers are graded on the LSM’sdata retrieval but without the person to person question and research and answer one can have with human agents the wrong answer can generate and no quick opportunity for turn over to a human agent can get frustrating. If a customer has to play 20 questions before the unit will prompt to live chat with a customer service Rep it will be more and more of a issue. Trust me I have a little work history with mail and phone, claims, returns, and home shipping and can say sometimes the option of live chat is best. Just my thoughts.
