I was contacted by Likith from your organization regarding math classes for my child. Based on the discussion, I proceeded with the payment on February 7, 2026. However, the demo session has not yet been conducted. I was informed that a refund request has been initiated and forwarded to the concerned team, but I have not received any formal acknowledgement or confirmation regarding the same.
