From the first day I started at Atlassian, I knew this was a different company. The collaborative and open culture, the triad model and a manager who called me a friend and "mate". I had no enterprise SaaS experience at all, but Matt Chapman took a gamble on me and I hope it paid off! Deciding to leave has not been easy, but I leave a stronger PM, a stronger leader and a more thoughtful human being. I am grateful for my colleagues, those who've led me, and those I've led. You have all been instrumental in my growth. Special thanks to my leaders Matt Chapman, Alok Jain, Manoj DV, and Rae Wang who I learnt so much from in my time at the company.
