This is what #AnalyticsUnite 2026 looked like from our side of the room. Two and a half days of going all in with some of the sharpest minds in retail and consumer goods, on AI that's actually in production, data strategies built for the messy real world, supply chains that don't need a human to panic first, and what it takes to lead through a shift this big.
