Word of advice. Once you've finished this do not just stop at getting the badge. Actually use this stuff. Try out things with gen AI, see how far you can push it, etc. This skills badge is a great springboard, but the mastery part comes with use and experience with it like anything else.

This is the fastest way to close the AI gap: Start simple. Start now. Start building. With programs from Google, you don’t need weeks— you need 30 focused minutes to understand the fundamentals of Generative AI. Because the shift is already happening: → AI awareness → expected → AI application → valued → AI builders → in demand What matters isn’t depth on day one— it’s momentum: → Learn the concepts → Explore the tools → Build something small → Iterate fast Clarity comes from action, not consumption. The barrier to entry has never been lower— but the window to get ahead won’t stay open forever. Are you still learning about AI… or already building with it? 👇

The deflation of content production costs is the precursor to an inflation of attention costs. While the ability to generate hyper-realistic video in seconds is technically impressive, the commercial value of that output is dropping toward zero—simply because the barrier to entry has vanished. And in the GTM strategies I’m architecting for 2026, the competitive advantage isn't the production quality. It’s the verification layer. When anyone can create a high-fidelity narrative, the market stops trusting the visual and starts over-indexing on the underlying data lineage and the human agency behind the decision. Whether this shift happens at the same pace in B2C as in enterprise B2B is a different conversation. We are moving into an era where the more "perfect" a piece of content looks, the more skepticism it generates. A bit of a paradox for those investing solely in the tool.

Hello Google Cloud, Doing the Path of Introduction to Generative AI, at the "Prompt Design in Vertex AI" I have found several issues during the use of your LABS. The frame time "1 hour" to complete the course it's not enough. The Lab runs a lot of dead-time. (E.g First time saving the prompt easily takes +7 Minutes, Deployment of the application can fails multiple times (+15 min) my solution was to follow the code steps but this is not explicit in the tutorial steps.) Afterwards I found several "Quota has been exhausted" during the Few-Shots prompting exercise and even doing all of them, is not syncing with the course not allowing me to continue (yes, incognito mode, all followed step-by-step). This takes easily more than half hour only fixing these minor issues, would be possible to have a look into it? A colleague experimented also this issue performing the course.

Generative AI is quickly moving from experimentation to real business workflows. The real value comes when it’s grounded in data and integrated into systems teams already use.

This looks like a really easy way to get a quick intro to generative AI without feeling overwhelmed. Nice to see something short and practical for people who just want to get started.
