A company's public website speaks to everyone at once — and most of them have completely different needs. Next month I'll be at Adobe Summit 2026 in Las Vegas, and I'm going in with that tension top of mind. As the product strategy lead for public websites under the Cigna group, I sit at an interesting intersection. Our public sites aren't just a marketing channel — they're the digital front door for customers, patients, clients, partners, regulators, and the broader public. Each of them arrives with different questions, different context, and a different definition of "helpful." The site has to serve all of them while still feeling coherent, trustworthy, and distinctly us. That's a hard problem. And Adobe's ecosystem is central to how we solve it. Here's what I'm most focused on at Summit this year: → Agentic AI in the content supply chain — how do we scale content production across diverse audiences without losing consistency, compliance, or brand voice? → AI-driven personalization at scale — serving the right message to a benefits-curious consumer vs. a broker partner vs. a regulator is not the same challenge, even on the same page → Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP — getting smarter about how we connect data to experience across every audience segment → Content governance — in a highly regulated industry, moving fast and maintaining control aren't optional trade-offs. I want frameworks that give us both. I'm also looking forward to Sneaks — Adobe Labs' preview of what's still on the horizon. In a space evolving this fast, knowing what's coming matters as much as knowing what's here.
