The platform provides solutions for cross-border payments, collections, multi-currency accounts, and expense management, enabling companies to grow their business globally without the usual complexities and costs. Airwallex has raised $330 million in a Series G funding round, bringing its valuation to $8 billion. The round was led by New York VC firm Addition, with participation from T. Rowe Price Associates, Activant Capital, Lingotto, Robinhood Ventures, and TIAA Ventures. Airwallex, headquartered in Singapore, Central Region, Singapore, was founded in 2015 by Jack Zhang, Jacob Dai, Ki Lok Wong, Lucy Yueting Liu, and Max L. In 2019, the company joined the unicorn club. “From our company point of view there’s two outcomes in the next five to 10 years: either you become an AI native company or you become irrelevant. I don’t think there’s any third outcome,” said Airwallex CEO and co-founder Jack Zhang. “All of this strategy — moving to San Francisco, having the new headquarters — is making sure that Airwallex is the leading company in the artificial intelligence race.

US$60M in fresh capital is propelling Flex toward one of the biggest opportunities in fintech: delivering an AI-powered CFO for the millions of mid-sized businesses long underserved by financial tools. Flex is doubling down on their mission to become the 'AI CFO' for this overlooked segment by rolling out new AI-driven capabilities that unify private credit, business finance, personal finance, and payments into one intelligent, end-to-end platform. Fortino Capital raises €700M to scale Europe’s next B2B SaaS leaders #Fortino Capital has closed its third #PE vehicle, Fortino PE III, at a €700 million hard cap, exceeding its initial €600 million target and coming in oversubscribed. The new fund targets Europe’s persistent gap in B2B software adoption, particularly across the Benelux and DACH regions, where many mid-sized companies still rely on spreadsheets and fragmented tools for mission-critical processes. Founded in Belgium in 2013 by Duco Sickinghe and Renaat Berckmoes, Fortino Capital focuses exclusively on B2B SaaS and AI-driven platforms. With Fortino PE III, the firm plans to back profitable, mission-critical software companies digitising areas such as quality management, circular waste flows, and real-time process intelligence. Limited partners were not disclosed. The close brings Fortino’s total capital raised across its core funds to over €1.5 billion, supported by a track record of more than 70 investments and nearly 30 exits. The firm combines venture and private equity strategies to stay aligned with founders across the full growth lifecycle. Fortino PE III has already invested in Modell Aachen GmbH, Seenons, and Mehrwerk, reflecting a thesis centered on SaaS as core infrastructure, increasingly enhanced by AI. Saudi delivery services company مستر مندوب | Mr Mandoob is planning to list on the Saudi stock market in the first half of 2026, with a targeted valuation exceeding $213 million, according to statements from chief executive officer Obaid Al-Enazi, MBA. The planned initial public offering would come roughly four years after the company’s launch, marking a rapid transition from early-stage operations to public-market readiness. The move reflects both the company’s internal growth trajectory and broader momentum in Saudi Arabia’s delivery and logistics sector, which has expanded quickly alongside rising consumer demand, digital adoption, and investor appetite for scalable local platforms.
