What does a "Connected GTM" actually look like in 2026? We talk a lot about AI and alignment, but at Demandbase GO London, we’re bringing together the people who are actually doing it at scale. I’m proud to see this agenda come to life with such a heavy-hitting lineup: Forrester on building autonomous, self-driving programs. Adobe on the future of AI agent systems. AVEVA on mastering the "shared intelligence" needed for complex deals. Robert Norum on using GenAI to make comprehensive ABM scalable. Global Relay on operationalising Sales and Marketing alignment. Airwallex on the intersection of AI signals and ad timing. There is so much more on the schedule, but these sessions alone make it a "can't miss" day for any revenue leader. If you're in London on April 14th, you’ll want to be in the room with us. Secure your spot here: https://okt.to/0VzBCy

You’ve sat through the AI demos. The decks look good. The results don’t show up. This March, we brought revenue operators together across five cities around one topic: Building AI-Native GTM Systems. The operators cutting through it aren't running better RFPs. They're asking harder questions before the demo starts. Is this solving a real problem, or just attaching AI to an existing pitch? Can it show impact on revenue or rep time within 90 days? If not, it’s a demo feature. Even when a vendor passes that test, one thing kept surfacing: AI doesn't fix a broken foundation. Without clean data governance in place, AI amplifies noise, not value. Across every city, the same line held on sales comp: AI can go anywhere in the GTM motion except commissions. Rep trust in those numbers is too hard to rebuild once it breaks. Buying AI tools and building an AI-native GTM motion are not the same project. Most teams are conflating them. Where is your org on this, still filtering the pitches, or already rethinking the infrastructure? Thank you, Scott Spilker, Tom Pokornik, James Jackson, and Virgilio Vargas, for being in the room. #GTMSocial #RevOps #SalesOperations

Who is ACTUALLY building the coolest workflows in GTM with AI? I’ve been to a dozen AI or GTM events recently. There are panels. There are hot takes. The "we're exploring AI" platitudes. Everyone's talking — almost nobody is showing. We want to do something different inspired by the developer events out there. Let’s actually Show & Tell. Dan Ahmadi and I are partnering with Chris Perpignani and Exa to host an AI for GTM demo-only event for go-to-market teams actually building with AI. No slides. No pitches. No thought leadership. Just practitioners opening up their laptops and walking you through the workflows they've built — the ones they use at work, every day. We're looking for 5–6 GTM operators and GTM or marketing engineers who will each demo a real AI-powered workflow live: how they set it up, why they built it, what it actually does, and what they'd do differently. Expect to see real tools, real data flows, and real results — not a product pitch dressed up as a case study. Who should we invite? Tag them in comments :)

AI is front and center at Adobe Summit this year. From generative tools to agentic technologies, the sessions are built around practical skills you can actually bring back to your team — think scaling content, streamlining workflows, and activating insights across the full customer journey. Full disclosure: I'm biased 😊 My SC partner Alex Diedrich and I work on this stuff every day. And in the short time we've been working together, he's genuinely one of the sharpest people I've seen bring this platform to life for customers 💡 That said, if you're in marketing and want to see how AI actually fits into real workflows (not the hype version, the operational one), this session tomorrow is worth an hour of your time. Explore Real AI Workflows in Action 📅 Thursday, April 9 · 10:00am PDT · Virtual Airtable's product team is pulling from 1,500+ real marketing use cases to show how teams are using AI today: campaign execution, cross-functional alignment, operational automation. No fluff. Live demo. Real workflows. → Faster campaign ideation and content generation → Fewer manual handoffs slowing your team down → AI that improves quality and keeps everyone aligned Come see what we've been building. 👇

I'm still settling in with the Lean Layer team but I can attest that they 1,000% walk the walk on having a systematized infrastructure for AI usage. If you are in the NYC area and want to level up your AI usage -- especially in terms of GTM strategy & efficiency -- I strongly encourage you to check out this event. And as a bonus, you'll get to chat with a few legends: Al Paz-Yener, Meredith Armstrong, and Brooke Hattie
The jump from ad hoc AI usage to a systemized infrastructure that actually benefits the whole revenue organization isn't something most teams have the know-how, bandwidth, or internal resources to build. That's exactly what we're here to talk about. Join us for our upcoming event in New York City where we'll walk through what that infrastructure looks like in practice, with live demos across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success built for real GTM teams. What you'll walk away with: 🤖 An honest read on where your org sits today on the AI maturity curve, and what might be holding you back 💡Live demos of AI use cases built for GTM teams 🛣️ A realistic path to get started 🤝Time to connect with revenue leaders peers navigating the exact same questions Register here: https://lnkd.in/gxTUR5ue
