We are proud to be part of the Project MindForge and to have supported the launched the AI Risk Management Toolkit for the financial sector that conclude Phase 2 of Project MindForge. Following on from the launch of AI Risk Management Executive Handbook last November 2025, the latest launch features an AI Risk Management Operationalisation Handbook (https://lnkd.in/gM-rfTdP) which provides detailed, practical guidance on implementing AI risk management frameworks. This is complemented by the Implementation Examples (https://lnkd.in/grKkbeqi) which offer insights into the challenges, approaches, and risk management practices involved in using AI across different organisational contexts. This launch is a meaningful moment for all of us who have been part of this journey, and a testament to the close collaboration between 24 banks, insurers, capital market firms, and industry partners. Since the inception of Project MindForge in 2023 (https://lnkd.in/gKpPF2pq), consortium members, through the working groups, have come together relentlessly to share knowledge and experience, debate hard questions, and build something practical that the industry can adopt — all working toward a common goal: making AI adoption in finance trustworthy, practical, and sustainable.
