- [Instructor] In this video, we'll explore how to navigate the essentials of text to SQL with curiosity and a growth mindset. Before we work with Amazon Q Generative SQL in Amazon Redshift, we have two set up requirements. And they are creating either an Amazon Redshift Serverless endpoint, or provisioning a cluster. You may refer to the exercise files for chapter three for understanding pricing options, where I have included a glossary. Our second setup requirement is to open Amazon Redshift Query Editor V2, and enable generative SQL from the settings. Let's take note of the policies that an administrator on our team will need to grant us permission to generate SQR queries from Amazon Redshift, and also the second policy that we would need to use Query Editor V2.
