Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer

Locations: Onsite in Mclean, VA (5 days a week)

Job Overview:

Must Have Qualifications: Must have practical experience with Python, front even technologies, React, JavaScript, and web application development, along with the capability to write effective code. Ideal candidates should have 3-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support systems within the financial modeling and research area.
• Design and develop new code and review existing code changes to ensure standard technology development practices are met.
• Assist in the operational execution of software solutions to assist with the monitoring and control of market and credit risks.
• Assist with application development and modifying and/or maintaining applications; Demonstrate knowledge of development tools and languages.
• Assist other areas of financial research and engineering when defining requirements for systems applications. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• quantitative finance
• Python, o Python web technologies, e.g. Flask, Dash
• Python data processing technologies, e.g. Pandas, Numpy
• Solid understanding on web applications, e.g. HTML, CSS, javascript
• Solid understanding on DB and SQL
• Linux/Unix OS

Preferred Qualifications:

• Javascript frameowork: jquery, datatable, react
• front-end design, CSS, tailwind
• cloud technology, Google Kubeflow, AWS
• Mortgage or GSE experience
• R, Java, C, C++, SAS

Compensation: $85.00 – $90.00 per hour. This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
