With TeamLink, you can identify leads and accounts where your colleagues already have established relationships. TeamLink is only available with Advanced and Advanced Plus subscription plans.

How TeamLink helps you
With TeamLink, you can:
- Expand your network by seeing when someone at your company is a 1st-degree LinkedIn connection with a lead. Your teammates can also see your 1st-degree LinkedIn connections.
- Discover warm introduction opportunities within prospect and customer accounts.
- See shared connections across your company, not just your own network.
TeamLink lead filters
On the Sales Navigator homepage, the Lead filters search includes TeamLink lead filters under the Best path in category to help you identify colleagues who can provide you with a warm introduction to a prospect.
- Connection > TeamLink connections – Select this filter to find leads connected to your 1st-degree connections on your TeamLink contract.
- Connection > Executive TeamLink connections – Select this filter to find leads whose seniority is Director or higher who are linked to your 1st-degree connections on your TeamLink contact.
- TeamLink connections of – Enter a lead’s name to find colleagues on your TeamLink contract who are connected to that specific lead. Note: You can add your company name after the lead name to filter for people only in your organization.
Ways to expand your TeamLink network
You can increase the value of TeamLink by extending who and what you can see:
- TeamLink Extend - Adds teammates who don’t have a Sales Navigator license, expanding visibility beyond sales teams.
- TeamLink Groups - Combines TeamLink networks across multiple contracts or organizations. This feature is available only with Advanced or Advanced Plus subscriptions purchased through a sales representative.
