We decided to open up our KC Tech Trends Report to all. As someone most Hiring Managers would not have bet on coming out of college myself (with my 2.9 in Psychology and Speech Comm from Iowa State), I'm concerned we are building a chasm of no opportunity for those who aspire to change their altitude in life by getting into Tech. If we continue only hiring experienced IT pros, this will have ramifications when demographics vastly shift from Boomers to Gen Z and beyond.
