    Not every student who dreams of working in tech or advertising knows how to get there. That’s where Roku’s Ad Lab Program comes in. 🙂↕️ Through our partnership with the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development, high school students get hands-on experience, real-world exposure, and direct access to careers they may not have otherwise imagined. 🧑🎓 In collaboration with MECA - The Manhattan Early College School for Advertising and Children's Arts and Science Workshops Inc., students work on real advertising projects and connect face-to-face with Roku team members who are passionate about sharing what they know. 🤝 As we spotlight how we’re transforming pathways for the next generation of talent this April, we’re excited to kick off our 2026 programming next month and can’t wait to see what this next group of students brings. ✨ #WeAreRoku #SocialImpactAtRoku
