  • #decision44 Amsterdam has ended. Here’s what we’ll take with us. Two days. Over 200 attendees. And a second round of incredible sessions that delivered real value for supply chain leaders around the world. We had customers like Jeroen van Gameren from Heineken and Jean-Yves Mansat from CEVA Logistics, Pavel Kveten from Girteka and more leaders from Novelis, Syngenta, Avolta, and Lanxess, all sharing what real transformation looks like from the inside. Thank you to everyone who made the trip to Amsterdam, and to everyone following along from across the globe: this community is bigger than any one event. Until next time! • This is the conversation the room came for. This afternoon at #decision44 Amsterdam, Barbara Frenkel, Former Executive Board Member at Porsche AG, spoke about something every supply chain leader needs to hear: how to build resilience and crisis management capability before the crisis ever begins. Because waiting until disruption hits to figure out your response isn't a strategy. Barbara's message was clear. The leaders who navigate crises well are the ones who did the work long before anything went wrong.

  • Day 2 of #decision44 Amsterdam is underway. Today it gets real. Leaders from Heineken, CEVA Logistics, Novelis, Syngenta, Avolta, and Lanxess, are on stage sharing what building smarter, more resilient supply chains actually looks like from the inside.     Later on the mainstage: a conversation on where AI is taking supply chain decision-making, and what leaders need to do now to stay ahead.    Plus, this afternoon, we’re holding a fireside with Barbara Frenkel that we’ve been looking forward to all week. • Day 1 of #decision44 Amsterdam: done. Attendees spent today doing the work. Deep platform training, live certifications, and the kind of peer conversations you can't replicate on a webinar. When the sessions ended, the conversations didn’t. Some of the best exchanges happened on the floor. Tomorrow the spotlight shifts to execution. Customer speakers from companies like Heineken and CEVA Logistics, an AI mainstage session, and a fireside featuring Porche’s former board member, Barbara Frenkel. • Freight procurement remains one of the largest controllable costs in the supply chain. We’re starting to see AI freight procurement move beyond analysis and into action. 🔹 project44’s AI freight procurement capabilities are a strong example of that shift: 🔹 Reducing freight spend by ~4%, cutting sourcing cycle times by up to 75%, and eliminating a significant amount of manual coordination. 🔹 Carrier sourcing automation work best with defined guardrails, embedded directly within an intelligent TMS. • Chicago was just the beginning. 🙌 #decision44 brought together hundreds of supply chain leaders last week, and now we're taking it to Amsterdam. In most supply chains, there's too much of a delay between alert and response. ✅ Here's how AI-native systems close that gap: ✅ Real-time execution workflows ✅ AI agents that take action within defined guardrails ✅ Decisions leading to measurable outcomes Empower your teams with the speed and coordination needed when disruption hits. We can't wait to see you at decision44 Amsterdam this week. 📍 Amsterdam | April 15-16 Event details: https://bit.ly/3P5obPR

That's a wrap on #decision44 Chicago. Two days, 300+ attendees, a certification program launched live in the room, and a fireside chat with Kevin O'Leary that gave everyone a perspective they won't forget. This year's decision44 event was one of the best yet. We had customers like, Kristen Kravitz from Abercrombie & Fitch, Douglas Cantriel from Ford, and other senior leaders from Alcon, AstraZeneca, Eaton, Suntory Global Spirits, and Tailored Brands who shared real stories of transformation on stage sharing real stories of transformation. Supply chain leaders earned their Decision Intelligence Professional certifications in real time, and our product vision landed with proof behind it. Thank you to everyone who attended, spoke on stage, and joined us in making this one to remember. The conversations didn't stop when the sessions ended, and that energy is exactly what we're bringing to Amsterdam next week! • No excuses. Just execution. This afternoon at #decision44, Kevin O'Leary joined Jett McCandless for a conversation that didn't hold back. From the closing of the Strait of Hormuz and what it means for global markets, to what separates businesses that thrive from those that don't, Kevin brought the kind of straight talk this room came for. One theme ran through all of it: in a world full of noise, the leaders who win are the ones who know how to find the signal. The room was packed. The energy matched it.

  • Day 2 of decision44 opened with a statement that landed across the entire room. "The bottleneck is no longer technology." Our Founder & CEO, Jett McCandless set the tone for the day with a clear challenge to every supply chain leader in the building: stop reacting and start executing. And the day is just getting started. Still to come: a fireside chat with Kevin O'Leary, plus supply chain leaders from Abercrombie & Fitch, Ford, The Home Depot, Eaton, and Suntory taking the stage.
