Personal communication makes all the difference in the mortgage process. Working with a loan officer partner has been a game changer for Hillary Bryand at Platinum Eagle (a Newrez joint venture). It helps her team keep up with pre-qualifications, calls, and new customers coming in. One of the other keys to her process is to never relying on email alone. Every time an email goes out, she or her partner texts the customer personally.
