We’re Hiring: Senior + Mid-Level Software Engineers (Agentic AI Platform) We’re looking for seasoned Software Engineers to help build and evolve a next-generation agentic platform powering intelligent, autonomous workflows. If you’re excited about working at the cutting edge of AI and shaping how autonomous agents operate, learn, and deliver impact—this role is for you. What You’ll Do: - Design and develop agentic integrations in Python leveraging multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources - Build scalable workflows using modern frameworks like PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents - Partner closely with cyber analysts to translate real-world operational challenges into technical solutions - Architect real-time analytics pipelines using Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch - Maintain and optimize a production-grade agentic platform What Makes You Stand Out: - Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration - Background in cybersecurity or security operations - Hands-on experience with AWS + Kubernetes deployments - Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD automation - Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and semantic search - Experience analyzing cybersecurity datasets (network traffic, OS events) - Exposure to SIGINT systems or CNO operations Experience: 3-12+ years (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree) Location: Columbia, MD / No telework This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced AI-driven systems and push the boundaries of what autonomous agents can achieve in complex environments.
