JobSummary:We are looking for an experienced SQL Developer with strong expertise in database development, performance tuning, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shell or Python scripting, data transformation, and working with large datasets in a production environment. KeyResponsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Write automation scripts using Shell or Python to support data workflows.
Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
Work closely with data analysts, BI teams, and application developers.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in database design, data modeling, and schema management.
Create technical documentation and maintain deployment processes.
Requirements:
5–8 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
Strong proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL).
Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Informatica / Talend / SSIS / custom ETL scripts).
Strong scripting experience in Shell or Python.
Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts.
Good understanding of indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good To Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Knowledge of scheduling tools like Airflow / Control-M / Cron.
