This is a full-time role within the organization, suitable for dynamic individuals who want to have a career in Logistics Industry. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing logistics operations, coordinating supply chain activities, overseeing sales and to provide customer support. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Attend customer inquiries from across globe, document the call inquiry and communicate to the right operations team across the globe. • Follow-up on existing inquiries on daily basis, work closely with the operations and shipping to ensure that the shipping transaction gets executed accordingly. • Must have strong documentation skills, communication skills and operational skills. • Should be open to learn logistics SOP on our global operations. • Preferred to have Logistics, Supply Chain, Cross Border Trade, Customs Regulations experiences. • Must have strong experience in using MS-Office tools, any TMS,WMS, CRM tools.
