🤖 AI is already changing how work gets done. The more interesting question is: what happens when you start using it – little and often – in the flow of your day? 💡As part of our 'Smart and Healthy Ways of Working' campaign, we want to inspire our colleagues to make AI a practical part of their daily work. From Microsoft Copilot to dbLumina (our secure GenAI analyst, built for Deutsche Bank), the focus is simple: spark curiosity, cut through the buzzwords and make it easier for colleagues to take the first step – at a pace that fits their role and rhythm. As Fabrizio Campelli, Management Board Member and global sponsor for Well-being, puts it: “AI brings opportunity, but it’s natural to feel some uncertainty as work evolves. Our responsibility is to use it in ways that make work clearer, support good judgement and protect well-being – while staying curious and keeping accountability firmly with us.” 👉 Hear from our colleagues on how AI is already supporting their everyday work – what they tried, what surprised them and their piece of advice for you.

Financial literacy in the Americas 🗽 April is Financial Literacy Month, and we're highlighting the different things we do to promote financial education across the world. In New York, our colleagues continue their long‑standing commitment to financial education, partnering with local high schools through Working in Support of Education (W!se). 📚 In 2026, the programme expanded its reach, moving from one to three class periods per day. This allowed our volunteers to connect with more students and deepen their impact within the school community. Through interactive seminars, students gain practical insights into everyday financial topics, from investment basics and credit to insurance and digital finance. Knowledge they can use today and build on for the future. 🧑🏫

Financial literacy in action across Asia Pacific🌏 April is Financial Literacy Month, and we're highlighting the different things we do to promote financial education across the world. Across APAC, we support financial literacy initiatives that help children, young people and women in underserved communities build confidence, capability and opportunity. 🇸🇬 Singapore: values‑based financial literacy for around 20 teenage girls in residential care, delivered with The Volunteer Switchboard. 🇨🇳 China: programmes with Shanghai Be Better Education Development Center reach 600 children and 600 parents in urban migrant and low‑income communities. 🇮🇩 Indonesia: at the KDM Center, 70 underserved children gain life skills and financial knowledge, complemented by online sessions for scholarship recipients. 🇲🇾 Malaysia: through Financial Industry Collective Outreach (FINCO), we support sector‑wide financial literacy initiatives for underprivileged children and youth. 🇮🇳 India: with the Parinaam Foundation, our Corporate Social Responsibility Education programme supports 1,200 marginalised women through financial literacy and vocational training. 👉 Empowering individuals with financial knowledge helps create more inclusive and resilient communities - today and for the future.
