Director of Engineering

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Engineering for an exciting full-time, on-site position based in Trumbull, CT. This role involves overseeing engineering teams and nurturing their growth, managing cross-functional engineering projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software and hardware solutions. The selected candidate will drive integration initiatives, lead the overall direction of project management, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring innovative technologies to market. This leadership position is integral to the continuous development and maintenance of ZetrOZ’s industry-leading healthcare systems.

• Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a proven ability to inspire and lead technical teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Software Development, with the ability to contribute to design, testing, and deployment processes for cutting-edge healthcare technologies.
• Experience in Project Management and Integration to manage complex workflows and ensure seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology, bioelectronics, or medical device development is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required.
